  • All products sold by Vinokurio are made on a Print on Demand basis. As such, each product is custom-made specifically for you.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only items purchased directly from vinokurio.com are eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products (e.g., custom prints with personal names or images).
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@vinokurio.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, we will evaluate it and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product received).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Process: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@vinokurio.com with details of the defect or damage. Upon approval, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

  • As our products are made to order, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. If the production process has already begun, cancellation will not be possible.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@vinokurio.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage along with your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
